The reputation of Saltist combined with the convenience of Level Wind make it a perfect all rounder for UK down tide fishing techniques.
Each model features 5 ball bearings (2CRBB+2BB+1RB) for a smooth performance and a 6.1:1 on the 20 and 30 but swifter ratio of 6.4:1 on the bigger 40 model.
Line per handle turn is 89cm on the 20 and 30 with the 40 cranking back an impressive 120cm per rotation.
The series also accommodates impressive line capacities ranging from 420m of 12lb mon on the 20 up to 660m of 40lb J-Braid on the 40.
